I actually only measures 4 1/8 x 2 7/8
Hello Kitty was found by doing a google search =)
Colored her with the gellyroller i got from Janet
=)
And added some of the ribbon i got from her =)
This is entered into the challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon =)
